**We are starting our Week 9 for Word of the Day**

** Quiz on Friday**

Monday:  Word of the Day; Mystery Write continues.  As of today we will be finished with our “Mystery Write.”  The students completed paragraphs 4,5 and the conclusion today.  We will be in the Computer Lab on Wednesday to type these papers.

Tuesday:  Word of the Day; Introduce Singular Possessive Nouns.  Book page 100-101, Practice 24 and Extend 24.  Homework will be words from board on looseleaf

Wednesday:  Word of the Day; Computer Lab to type “Mystery Write.”

Thursday:  Word of the Day; Word of the Day test will be tomorrow.  Recall Singular Possessive Nouns and Introduce Plural Possessive Nouns.  Book page 102-103, Practice 25 and Extend 25.  Homework will be words from board on looseleaf.  There will be a quiz on Friday with nouns (see child’s notebook)

Friday:  Week 8 Word of the Day test.  Quiz on Nouns (singular to plural; noun to possessive forms).
